Tires Plus

Tires Plus was truly a lifesaver for us. We were traveling back to St. Augustine from Pensacola after our daughter’s college orientation while also dealing with some unexpected health concerns. About 160 miles from home, we discovered a flat tire caused by severe inner tire wear. We had recently visited Discount Tire for a recommended tire rotation about 5,000 miles earlier, but the inner wear was never brought to our attention. Our spare tire was not safe enough to get us all the way home. Because our sports car uses a difficult-to-find tire size, we called several places without success. The first Tires Plus location did not have the tires in stock, but they went above and beyond by checking other nearby stores. They located the correct tires and gave us the number for their sister location. The mechanic there confirmed they had them and gave us an excellent price on both tires. The process of getting through to a technician by phone was longer than necessary, but the outstanding service completely outweighed that inconvenience. Discount Tire lost us as customers, and Tires Plus gained loyal ones. During an already stressful situation, you treated us with urgency and helped us

While driving from Gainesville, FL to Pensacola, FL today, my car alerted me after a bad rainstorm to the fact that 3 out of 4 of my tires psi were low pressure. Within minutes of pulling in to Tires Plus, Adam was able to take care of my car quickly and efficiently. I am very grateful my trip wasn’t delayed and appreciate him very much.
